CONSULTATION

This is usually the first point of contact with the new client. It is paramount not only to supply sound advice and a commonsense approach to solving problems, but also to listen and establish a strong rapport with our new client.

A consultation will usually last between 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the garden. The client can either note the points discussed during the meeting, or if they’d prefer, obtain a written summary of the meeting (including plant choices, amounts, etc) as an additional service from Arcadian Aspects.
